Buda, TX — CRR Hospitality, a national leader in innovative, experience-driven outdoor hospitality, has been selected as the third-party management company for Lost Lake Resort, a sustainability-focused destination designed to seamlessly blend modern amenities with immersive natural surroundings. Located just south of Austin, the 55-acre resort will set a new benchmark for environmentally responsible development, experiential guest programming, and innovative resort operations when it opens in November 2026.
Set among the gentle rolling hills and mature oak trees of the Austin area, Lost Lake Resort is being developed with a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship, guest connection, and innovative resort operations. The resort will preserve nearly 1,400 native trees, utilize rainwater collection for landscaping, remove invasive cedar trees to restore native ecosystems, and install solar panels capable of powering approximately one-third of the property. At full build-out, Lost Lake Resort will feature:
The resort’s cabins are designed to elevate the guest experience, with each cabin offering over 900 square feet, two bedrooms plus a loft, and accommodations for up to six guests. Five
cabins will be waterfront, while the remaining cabins will feature unique, nature-front “backyards” complete with amenities such as hammocks, hot tubs, fire pits, and private outdoor spaces that encourage guests to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors.
“Lost Lake Resort represents the future of outdoor hospitality—where thoughtful development, sustainability, and guest experience intersect,” said Mike Harrison, CRR’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are honored to partner with the ownership group to bring this exceptional resort to life and to manage a destination that aligns so closely with CRR Hospitality’s mission and values.”
