What I love most about working for CRR is how genuinely supported I feel every single day. I don’t think I can choose just one! I love our entire team—the management and the associates. Working here makes you feel like you’re a part of a family and each associate supports one another to grow professionally as well as personally. The sincere appreciation I receive from not only my bosses, but also the people I work with is amazing. A heartfelt “thanks” goes a long way for me! I love my job because it lets me meet a lot of new people, but it also lets me visit and see all the people that live in our community. CRR has knowledge to build for the future, while letting us enjoy the present. Since starting I have moved up to supervisor and I am happy there. If I was young again I could look to move up in the company as they grow.

I enjoy working at CRR because it is up and coming—to see all the growth happening since I have been here has been so exciting. Having everyone collaborate on new ideas and work as a team to accomplish those ideas has created such a positive work environment.

What I enjoy most about working for CRR is helping create memorable experiences for our guests. Every day, I get to assist families making lifelong memories, solo travelers seeking adventure, and road warriors looking for a comfortable place to recharge. As an RVer myself, it's rewarding to help others enjoy the RV lifestyle while staying at resorts that truly enhance their travel experience. I chose to work for CRR because I believe in what the company is doing for the outdoor hospitality industry. CRR is raising the standard by developing and managing true RV resorts with outstanding amenities and guest experiences. These values are reflected in how associates support one another and how we serve our guests. On my days off, my favorite thing to do is camping and exploring with my family, whether we're relaxing by a river or spending time near the ocean. CRR has tremendous growth potential as more travelers seek high-quality outdoor experiences. I believe the company will continue expanding its portfolio while setting new standards for what guests expect from RV resorts.

What I enjoy most about working for CRR is the team I work with and the positive environment they've created. I love being able to help guests, answer questions, and make their stay a little more enjoyable through simple acts of kindness. I would describe the culture at CRR as team-oriented and positive. Everyone works together, no matter what resort or park you're at. If you have a question and someone from a different department or resort can help you, they will. They go out of their way to make sure you have the support and help you need. That kind of teamwork makes coming to work something I genuinely look forward to. On my days off, I love taking day trips to Palm Desert with my friends, watching the latest horror movie, and going comic shopping. I also spend most of my off time creating art or playing video games with my brothers. Anything that brings out my artistic and creative side is where you'll find me.

I've never worked for a company that takes the time to organize luncheons, games, and other fun activities for its team. Management is always checking in to see if I need anything and ensuring I have the support I need to succeed. What stands out most is that the culture continues to evolve and improve every day, creating an environment where people can grow together. I see significant growth potential for the company as more guests comment on how beautiful the resort is and how much they enjoy their stay. Our staff consistently goes above and beyond to create exceptional guest experiences, which encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth. On my days off, you'll normally find me at Hilton Head Island, exploring the beaches or sitting oceanside planning my next cruise.
