CRR Hospitality wrapped up a week of celebrations for Associate Appreciation Week, held from September 9-13, with an array of fun activities, luncheons, and virtual gatherings to show gratitude for the hard work and dedication of their associates. Across all properties, the event was an opportunity to express appreciation to associates for their contributions to delivering exceptional guest experiences at every location.

The week featured property-specific events such as team-building games, contests, and luncheons, bringing a sense of camaraderie to the workplace. The Reservation Team, which operates remotely, also participated in the celebrations with a virtual lunch that included team shout-outs, games, and prizes.

“We owe our success to the passion and dedication of our associates,” said Mike Harrison, Chief Operating Officer of CRR Hospitality. “Associate Appreciation Week is a moment for us to come together and thank each team member for the important role they play in providing high-quality experiences for our guests and customers.”

At Savannah Lakes RV Resort, General Manager Carolee Evans shared, “This week was a great opportunity to celebrate our amazing team. We enjoyed Taco-about It Tuesday, Waffley Proud of You Wednesday, Thankful Thursday and Freaky Footlong Friday. For Savannah Shenanigans Saturday, the team played ‘Find the Good in the Bad’. Each associate had to sift their hand in a water pitcher filled with all kinds of strange items that had different textures and feelings. At the bottom of the pitcher, there was a small gift card hidden. Everyone had a lot of fun but it also taught us a valuable lesson: the good things in life come with some challenges, and the bad things are necessary for us to truly appreciate the good. We have to navigate through the tough times to not only reach the good moments but also to recognize and cherish them. If we never face difficulties, we wouldn’t be able to fully appreciate the enjoyable and positive aspects of life.
