Guided by CRR Hospitality’s core values and people-first approach, the conference embraced the theme “Driven By Purpose.” The event focused on developing strong leaders, fostering collaboration, and sharing best practices that support exceptional guest experiences, engaged teams, and healthy, sustainable property performance for owners.

The multi-day conference blended internal strategy sessions with industry education centered on leadership, resilience, and the evolving outdoor hospitality landscape. Guest speakers included Josh Davies of RESILify, who spoke on building resilient, high-performing teams, and Emily Peck of KOA, who shared insights on guest expectations, brand alignment, and trends shaping demand across the RV and outdoor hospitality industry.

Throughout the conference, leaders collaborated on topics including revenue optimization, guest experience enhancement, operational efficiency, and team development — reinforcing CRR Hospitality’s belief that strong culture and disciplined operations work together to drive consistent results across diverse asset types and markets.
