Jenny Allen has joined CRR as Business Development Manager, where she will focus on growing the company’s third-party management division. Jenny brings over a decade of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with an impressive resume that includes roles at AutoCamp, ICON Lodging, Atlantic Hotels Group, and Sage Hospitality. Known for her integrity, compassion, and strategic mindset, Jenny is a values-driven leader who inspires those around her. Her track record of innovation and relationship-building will be instrumental in continuing CRR’s growth trajectory.
Lizzy Aron joins CRR as Corporate Administrator, bringing a strong background in executive-level support and operational efficiency. With experience as an Executive Assistant and Relocation Manager, Lizzy has excelled in roles that require keen attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement. Her expertise in project management, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance will help CRR’s internal systems run smoothly and support the needs of the expanding corporate team.
Heidi Moeller has been appointed Accounting and Human Resources Coordinator. With more than 20 years of experience in both HR and accounting, Heidi has a unique ability to bridge people and processes. Her history of supporting leadership teams, managing dual functions, and streamlining operations makes her an invaluable asset to CRR. Previously a key support team member during the development of Verde Ranch and River Sands RV Resorts while at Deephaven Inc, CRR’s parent company, Heidi is known for her collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge.
